A Milestone Achieved at Bethany School, Mulki Affiliated to ICSE Board

A historic day dawned for Bethany School, Kilpady, Mulki, as the institution officially received its affiliation to the ICSE Board, under the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), New Delhi. The celebration, held on October 31, 2025, at 2.30 pm at school Auditorium,  marked a proud milestone, making Bethany School the first ICSE-affiliated school of the Bethany Mangalore Province.

The event was presided over by Rev Sr Dr Lilly Pereira, Corporate Manager, Bethany Educational Society, Mangalore Province. Sr Dr Mariola BS, Coordinator for Education, Bethany Educational Society, was the Guest of Honour, and Dr Ashwini Colaco graced the occasion as Chief Guest.

The celebration began with a floral tribute to the Founder, Servant of God RFC Mascarenhas, followed by a band escort for the dignitaries. The school choir invoked divine blessings through a soulful prayer, setting a reverent tone for the event.

Sr Dr Mariola BS officially launched the school’s website, marking a step forward in the institution’s growth and digital progress. Sr Jesintha Crasta, Principal, presented a brief report highlighting the school’s achievements, new initiatives, and its vision for the future.

Dr Ashwini Colaco delivered an inspiring session on positive parenting, which was highly appreciated by all parents. In her presidential address, Rev Sr Dr Lilly Pereira congratulated the management and staff for their dedication and urged everyone to uphold the spirit and standards of ICSE education through teamwork and commitment.

The celebration concluded with the National Anthem, marking a memorable milestone in the journey of Bethany School, Kilpady — a proud beginning of a new era of excellence and holistic education.
